Rollin R. Jackson founded the Cayman Islands first ground transportation company in 1981 with three small dodge vans.  The company has grown steadily, keeping pace with Cayman’s tourism growth.  Representing major North American wholesalers such as GoGo Worldwide Vacations, Apple Vacations, Travel Impressions, Delta Vacations, Certified Vacations, and Mark Travel to name a few.  UK and European wholesalers such as Thomas Cook Holidays, Virgin Holidays, Kuoni, Hayes and Jarvis, and Boarding Pass are also represented.

 As hotel development grew to include meeting facilities, the need for professional destination management was realized and Tropicana Tours launched the destination management company in 1995.

 As a result of its extensive work with meeting planners, incentive houses, associations and other corporations, arranging group travel to Cayman, Tropicana recognized an opportunity to offer destination management services.  Consequently, Tropicana Destination Management now provides theme parties, off-site events, catering, spouse programs, hospitality desks, local tours and other specialized products and services to satisfy the needs of groups of all sizes.

Tropicana Destination Management has been enthusiastically received by its clients, and the prospects of continued dramatic growth are exciting.
